In this workshop, you will learn how to work with, develop and present budgets aligned with business strategic goals. At the conclusion of this workshop, you will understand important budgeting concepts, budgeting strategies, and be able to see and easily implement savings for your company. This is your opportunity to gain the tools and insights to craft the budget your company needs to overcome obstacles and achieve success. NOTE: This is not a start-up business workshop. This workshop is for existing businesses only having at least 2 years of operating history.
