At the conclusion of the series you will have completed a draft business plan that will serve as a roadmap for operating your business.

Attendees will:

• Examine the key aspects of your business including finance, marketing and operations and identify and prepare for potential challenges before you invest money, time and resources

• Identify key trends and factors that can affect your success or threaten your livelihood
